"I called and spoke to the lady that worked there, I asked if my product that had a FedEx label could be shipped. She said as long as it's under 50lbs it should be okay. I said it also looks big and she said as long as it's around 3 feet that's okay, my product was 3.5 ft by 1 foot and weighed 45.6 lbs. I drove to town and this guy that worked there came out with me. He saw the product and seemed okay with it, I brought it in and he was ready to scan the item and she said "no no no no, that's too big" I told her we had spoke on the phone and she said it was okay, it also did weigh less than 50lbs. She said that would take too much space in the FedEx truck, I told her it was a FedEx truck that shipped it to my house. Long story short she didn't let me, she wasted my time, didn't tell me on the phone that I couldn't bring the item, and i had to drive to storm lake for this too. So I would've appreciated it if she was honest over the phone and not wasted my time. Hopefully she's better at communicating, that's why I'm giving a 1 star. Don't waste people's times and just be honest from the start."

"Fairly average for what you would expect from any Walgreens. The pharmacy in particular was a horrible experience. They were very understaffed and slow. I waited in line for over 20 minutes to pick up prescriptions. Other people in line became impatient and left the store. The pharmacist did not seem to know what she was doing as she wandered back and forth aimlessly looking for items. I do not recommend using the Walgreens Pharmacy."

"New pharmacist is rude and horrible at communicating. I was told to wait for a prescription and decided to to shop in the area. After three hours and checking in with the pharmacy several times, I was told they couldn’t fill it and it would be ready for 2-3 days. They have recently changed their daily hours and now don’t even have Saturday hours. What’s going on with this place?! I will definitely be switching pharmacies at this point."

"The pharmacy continues to be out of medications and can’t confirm when they will be in stock. Breathing medication has been forgotten to be called in by the pharmacy and took a week to fill. Antibiotics have taken 72 hours to be filled. Been told medication can be filled by other store if called and when calling other store was informed that medication can’t be transferred. Would be helpful if staff told the patient/caller the correct information"

"I understand Covid is an issue but i sure dont understand this pharmacy especially if out of an important medication. Doctor called in new prescriptions for diabetes, of which 2 are out of stock and 1 says in progress for a couple days. Got an email today saying time to refill prescriptions and I have no refills, keep in mind doctor called in new ones a couple days ago. I was told it takes at least 2 days to do refills because short handed and the out of stock will take at least 4 day however the dont get a truck for a couple of those days so could be a week or so to get refills on my diabetes medications. That does not make any sense, but i can understand except when i questioned the email I was told I shouldnt have gotten one because there is not an issue. So what is what, lady I talked to didnt seem to care."
