"I got charged two times. The manager would not even get out of her seat to talk to me from her office. She hid herself and kept telling me she couldn't help me. Worst customer service. This is probably the nastiest dollar general I have ever been too. Don't go here. Save yourself some frustration and time and go somewhere else."
"Always really cute stuff for home decor here. I forget about this store alot. Why is it always dead silent in DG stores though? For real. This one is cramped....really messy and dirty out front. Bout time they installed self check out with how short staffed they have been becoming. But on the other hand... if they keeping they're employees stocking the store, then it should look nicer. This store is a messsssss."
"I dont expect much coming to dollar general but this was the WORST customer service I've experienced in a long time. I was the only customer in the store. I politely asked the cashier, after making my purchase, if I could use the restroom (they lock them) and the response I received back was a dirty look, an annoyed sigh and a mumbled comment under her breath to another employee. Didnt realize walking 15 feet to the restroom to unlock the door for a paying customer was such a demanding and physically grueling task but clearly it was. Ridiculous"
