"The store itself seems to be fine but if you order online and it has to be delivered by their 3rd party delivery service good luck. Worst customer service ever. Staples for outpaces them on delivery of online order deliveries, never again. Capital Express is horrible."
"I thought the staff was super friendly!!! I went in to print off 350 b&w and 125 colored for school. I used the self- service and the staff member was super helpful. She stood next to me and walked me through the whole process. They started to get a line but I never felt like she was rushing me along! I have my own printer at home but for colored pages, I’m definitely going to use them again ( in 3 days!)"
"Huge selection of everything you could ever want in your office basically. I bought a real nice desk there for pretty cheap on clearance. It's also the place to go for comfortable chairs, but they can get pricey. Staff is always nice and helpful."
