"Parking is close to the picnic shelter which is close to the lake. You get shade, picnic tables, grills and a lovely view. It's always a pleasure to visit."
"The submerged weeds are right at the surface, makes it difficult to fish. Especially from the shore. Lots of submerged trees. Had some good luck catching a few bass. 15" was the standard size caught. Clean park. A handful of folks came and went, walking the trail. Not overly busy."
"Very clean park nice trails, Well kept. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the alge is already heavey on 30 percent of the lake, and it's just the middle of May."
"Has a ton of awesome spots for fishing. Tons of geese so beware if birds aren't your thing. Unfortunately there was a ton of moss and weeds when I went so I didn't get a chance to catch anything."
