I understand back logs, but it would have been nice to have updates on the order. I had no issue with packaging or the product, ammo is just in high demand. "I placed an order 12 business days ago for ammo they had "In Stock", was charged immediately and have yet to get any updated status on my order. I understand that everyone is busy right now, but when I see other reviewers getting their product despite ordering days after me, it throws up red flags. I tried reaching out at 8 business days and have yet to get a response. If I still have no response or a “shipped” update by the end of business 3/10/21, I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company. Update: After submitting another query on 3/10/21 indicating the above, my order (100 rounds .223) was shipped two hours later. There was another customer who had ordered an equally hard to find ammo (5.56 NATO) 10 business (16 calendar) days after I had and received it 3 days later, and lauded the experience in a review on AmmoSeek. I was obviously perturbed by this and came across as such in the update request. I did receive my order, but had to refill the boxes as the packaging was a little lacking (understandable), having been rushed. Since I did receive my order, I have increased my rating to 2 stars. Below is the message I sent. Please ship my order today, 3/10/21. After seeing the review on ammoseek.com, I have come to the conclusion that if there is no shipment AND movement by the end of business today, I will dispute the charges and file a complaint with the BBB. I understand that there is high demand for ammo right now, but if 5.56 can ship out and be delivered in 3 days, surely .223, that is supposedly in stock, can be shipped and delivered within 13 business days. If it is indeed a "supply chain issue" between your "stocking" shelf and the box you ship it in, then that indicates that either you are disingenuous about ammo being in stock, or that you are selling ammo to one party that has already been sold to another. Regardless, both are the result of poor business practices. If it's a pre-order situation, designate it as such, that the purchaser may know that there will be an extended lead time. Respectfully, your policy of not responding to inquiries about ammunition orders under 3 weeks old is asinine and reeks of a complete disregard for customer service. No matter the outcome, rest assured that this will be the only time I do business with you."
