"I went to the local O'Reilly in Harlan I had pre called for the part and asked if they priced matched they said yes but not from the internet. I worked with Ronald whom I showed The pricing I had for the price match (local Autozone) I asked within 50 miles or so he said yes.He already had a sheet that he must have looked up pricing prior to my arrival, to prove me wrong I'm guessing... We discussed it I mentioned I had a commercial account and that didn't seem to matter so I said that's fine I will just pay for it. He then proceeded to take my money @50.00 over the price matched price and did not even Ask me for my warranty information,phone number...anything. For me, I believe in customer service!! When I take care of someone I do it with pride and give my best, so that is what I hope to get in return. But Ronald did a poor job at anything other then just taking my money. I over the year's personally and privately have spend hundreds of thousands of dollars but that means nothing to Ronald. Thank you for making it clear that shopping online is the future.. I want nothing more then to spend local and help support the community but I'm not willing to do it when the service is poor and the pricing is $50.00 higher.. I would have drove to the city or elsewhere but this was my personal vehicle and the water pump was leaking and noisy, it wasn't worth the risk... Thanks a disappointed customer."
