"Today I stopped in to get a pair of shoe's. I asked a guy that I saw in the aisle, I asked if they had anymore sizes's?. He said whatever is out is what we have. Ĥe never checked and acted annoyed that I asked him a question. I went upfront to see if I could order them and have them sent to my house. The guy never offered to check and see if it was a option. The girl was very nice and patient. She let me know they had. The size in the store and said maybe it was set done in the wrong spot. She did look and found it. On my way back up I made sure I let the guy know that I took it upon myself to ask another employee and she found the pair I needed. I let him know "thanks for helping me and I appreciate his help." I asked where I could reach out to talk to someone about that experience. The employee let me know he was the manager. All I could think was wow. He never tried to help the only customer in the store at the time. I feel the customer service definitely horrible from a manager."
