"Put in two separate print orders both before noon. I paid extra for the second one to be done before 3 pm. I went to pick them both up after 3 pm and they weren’t done and was told I only paid extra to have the first one done and they wouldn’t be able to fulfill my order until the following day. So I put in orders before noon and they weren’t able to print off 20 copies of what I needed within a day? Any other printing place I’ve used is able to fulfill a larger order within an hour, so this just seems a bit ridiculous. I definitely wouldn’t recommend Staples, however I usually go through OfficeMax so if you ever need something printed I would suggest going through them."

"Great service the people that work here are always so friendly. Especially since whenever I go here I’m always a little needy. I got some stuff printed and laminated and it looked really good. The process of printing is very easy you can do it yourself and their instructions are really clear and easy. Everything is always so organized also. You can find pretty much everything you need when it comes to office supplies."
