"The stylists are friendly and do a great job, and THEY are the reason for the 5 stars!!! I wish they would hire 3-4 more stylists. The wait time for the Coralville store is usually 90+ minutes unless you are there when they open the doors, even worse on the weekends. This location is missing HUGE revenue from people walking in, seeing the wait, and walking out. More stylists is a win for everyone!!!"

"THEY BOTCHED MY SONS HAIR My husband asked for a 0-1 fade on the sides and trim on the top for my 9 yo. We took him a month ago to the NL one and he loved his cut. We took him to this coralville location because we thought they are supposed to keep notes but said they didn’t have any. The stylist did NOT know how to do a fade and we would’ve preferred her be honest than to ruin his hair and then have the audacity to try and charge us an additional $10 for the “fade”! The line is crooked, the hair is uneven, there’s no fade going on here, after she messed up she just evened it all out using a zero! notice my sons tear rolling down his cheek. He’s embarrassed to go to school looking like this. I will update this review based on how your staff treats us when we try to get it corrected Update: the girl that fixed my sons hair yesterday was very sweet and took her time trying to correct it and it turned out okay. I was relieved that they were professional and tried to make this right."

"Well I used to love this place. Had 2 people that always cut my hair. Well they are no longer here and I was basically butchered today. I have always had a mullet style haircut. Well not any more. I asked for a beard trim and shape it up. Well the sides are still bushy. Definitely not worth the $41.00 I was charged!!"
