"I suggest you call ahead to confirm your booking. Or be disappointed like me! I scheduled an appointment several days prior to arriving to the salon this evening. When I get there, I am told basically they can’t accommodate me. I turned around and left. What is the point and function of having a booking tool on the website if it will not be honored? I’m highly disappointed. I will attempt again in the far future to receive services here, but until they have adequate customer service I will not be returning for further business."
