"Absolutely horrible experience. I left in tears and my nails not even done. From the start the worker was horrible to me and they did not know I understand Chinese and that they were talking about my weight the whole time in which I am not large. While I was getting a pedicure the man was trying to put in acrylics on top of acrylics that had not been taken off properly made the comment “it is awful to do this across your body” following the end of a pedicure that did not even cover all my nail in varnish I showed the picture of the design I wanted and he told me he could not do it. I asked for just the colour as it’s for my graduation this week. The worker gets extremely aggressive and screams At me to get out of the store while my nails were not finished, sanded filed anything. was the only woman in the store and felt so scared I left with"

"I've previously been here and overall had a good experience. I went in today for a gel manicure and had pink nail polish on my nails. After the person performing my service removed the polish, there was still a significant amount of pink all around the edges. I pointed it out 2x before the gel polish was done and kept being told okay. After the gel was done and I again pointed it out, the solution was to cut the skin around my nails. Another person took over and continued to just cut the skin around my nail trying to remove it, but I still have pink that can be seen. I also had pink smeared on my fingers and had to request the person take it off. I won't be returning."

"Very nice, clean, updated setup. Service was all smiles and conversation, not rushed. We received basic spa pedicures. The foot tubs were lined before use. They were thorough and gentle. Loved the massaging chairs, the heated water and hot towel wraps!!!! $30!!! I will be back!!!"
