"Dirty, dirty, dirty. I watched the same nail tech do 3 peoples nails/feet with the same pair of gloves on. Used the same file, buffer and tools on everybody without cleaning or sanitizing. There is some sort of animal cage in the back. They are just asking to spread something from client to client."
"They did an amazing job. I had glued my own nails on a few days prior and they were patient with that process. They also helped me make the best choices for my overall nail health instead of up selling me. My nails look beautiful and they gave my fiance a manicure and did great with his as well. "I wasn't terribly happy with the quality of my manicure. At $80 (with tip), I didn't expect to walk out of the salon with a manicure looking like it was a week old already. They didn't do any treatment to the cuticle, so they looked dry and rough. That being said, my major problem was their professionalism. I didn't like how there was just one girl walking around in the back staring at people, then she would walk up to the employees and whisper in their ears. It was uncomfortable and rude."
