"Why be able to book on-line if they can't help you at all when you get there? I booked a 11:40 am haircut with Shawna. When I got there, she was cutting someone else's hair and I waited. She comes over around noon and tells me she behind and asks if I can come back around 3:00 pm. I asked if she was 3 hours behind? She said yes and that she needed to take a break and then she had a color to do before 3:00 pm. I asked if someone else could cut my hair in the meantime and I went to someone else. I believe her name was Courtney? She did a really nice job. I have been going to Shawna for months (possibly a year) now for my haircuts....and this is how she's going to build clients? Honestly, in the Cost Cutters world, we are all a dime a dozen."

"One and done for me. Hairstylist was nice but messed up my bangs and when she asked what i thought I say little shorter please and did two snips on my bangs and now they are uneven and to short in the middle to fix and then she called it done. I'm never stepping in there again, just wish I could get a refund but out of town for a week. Update: Weeks after my review, I was asked to email them to find a resolution. Sent email the next day and haven't heard anything back. Was willing to hear them out and give them a second chance depending on their resolution, but definitely will not waste my time. They obviously don't care about customer service."
