"I received a disappointing cut that I was willing to shrug off, but I was also sold an all-natural clarifying shampoo and conditioner that I was assured would not ruin my hair color. It did, and it was impossible to fully rinse, therefore my hair was impossible to style. She also made a point to inform me that I had thirty days to make a return if I needed. My mistake was finding the receipt that stated they had a 14-day return policy so the rude manager could point it out to me after I showed her how it stripped my fresh hair color and explained what the stylist had stated. This was her third "NO, we are NOT going to return your money." "You didn't bring the box" was her first try. It was as if they were ready for me. All three of them. The most irritating part is that she spoke down to me as if I didn't understand that clarifying shampoo can strip hair color. This is why we use it sparingly, however in all the years I've used Kenra, I've never noticed the color being stripped. I brought it back three weeks later. Using it sparingly, how would I know it was destroying my hair in less than two weeks? It's their policy to not care was the impression they gave. I'll never go there again."

"Bekah I think is her name is extremely rude! I’ve been going there for a while now and I’ve never had an issue but with this specific stylist she’s just extremely rude! She talks to kids in such a disrespectful manner and that’s not okay! She needs fired she’s a terrible person. If she ever yells at my kids the way she did to others it wouldn’t be pretty! I strongly encourage to either have a full on talk with her or sincerely get rid of her. Negativity with her is just crazy!"

"Staff was rude. I asked for a fade and a touch up on the length for the top of my hair. They completely just took off the sides and the back and left the front in un even chunks. And I now am embarrassed to even go out in public bc of how bad my hair is. 0/10 would not recommend"

"I showed the stylist the first photo.. that’s what I wanted.. I ended up with the second photo.. I am getting married Saturday and my hair is screwed up.. I should of left when she asked the size of the shaver guard.. but I have her the benefit. She should know what size guard, she went to school for this not me.. very upset for a $50 messed up haircut.. be care when you go here. Plus I had a 1pm appointment and didn’t get into a chair until 1:30."

"I asked for one thing, one simple DO NOT, and that was to not cut my bangs or the curls in the front…they ignored that and cut every single curl I had in the front. No joke, as soon as I walked back to my roommate he immediately started consoling me because he could tell they did me dirty. They made me look like a cartoon monkey, I had important things planned for the week and wanted to look good for it, not I look terrible and feel self conscious."
