"Okay so I guess it's hit or miss. I've been here 4 times and 3 times it was awesome. Except they don't exfoliate the heel as much as I'd like. But this time I got the most painful leg massage I've ever had.. it hurt so bad I kept getting a pain in my chest.. And this is after she rushed through my cuticles like her life was on the line.. Which came after waiting 45 minutes while 2 other ladies got their treatment started 15 minutes before I did. I'm still in the chair.. and if my feet are soft I'll still tip appropriately. But I think maybe some ladies here are good and maybe some are bad. I usually mind my business but I did look around and it doesn't seem like annyyyone else is rushing this fast. Her name was Mi."

"I paid $82 (not including tip) for dip french tip which is ridiculous. I originally wanted a chrome layer over the nails but she said it would be $20 extra which didn’t seem right to me but that’s their prices I guess. So I just went with regular french tip and she told me it’s going to be $70. Two minutes later she says it’s going to be $75, it’s an extra $5 for the almond shaping. You would think that the shaping is included in the 70 dollar service. As simple as these nails are, I don’t think they should be this expensive."
