My friend has gone there multiple times and the owner Barbi, doesn't show up to her own appointments for HOURS, is constantly talking on her phone instead of focusing on her job, will leave you sitting there to go work on her "favorites" causing a 2 hour hair job to take 4 -1/2 Hours! No discounts offered no apologies. Then for the extra topping on the cake when you pay her, she does NOT OFFER CHANGE. However much money you gave her, she just takes it as a tip without asking and walks away from you. No one should ever go there, have a friend watch a youtube video and do your hair, you'll get a more professional experience."
