"I went in and found out my appointment had accidentally been scheduled for the following week. They quickly found an opening for me and after a very short wait I got an amazing cut done by Morgan. She listened to my hair concerns and worked until I was pleased with every aspect."

"I came in for a haircut and a bit of color touch up on some front pieces. Color: The only thing I liked. She did a good job matching my existing color and blending it. Money pieces were just what I asked for. Haircut: Not great. I left with an accidental mullet lol. I'm going to chalk most of this up to not being able to explain properly what I want, and general lack of understanding on both sides.... HOWEVER, I left the salon relatively happy, after she styled it, until I got home and realized how terribly uneven it all was. One side of my head didnt match the other, and it was very noticeable. I called for a fix it appointment but I hated it so much I ended up fixing it myself. It's still not great and I've just resigned to wearing it up for now. I will say my stylist was very sweet. Now. The main reason I will never be back... While I was getting my hair done a mother and son came in for their appointment. The kid got his hair cut and mom watched, talked and asked questions. After they left; the place was basically empty. Then I got to listen to two stylists talking about their clients... she was complaining that the mother was asking questions or wanting to suggest something. She was annoyed or rather 'hates' having to have to deal with parents. She went on and on... It was super off putting to hear her being so disrespectful about a client ON THE FLOOR! If they talk like this in the open I'm not sure I want to know what is said in the back. Definitely was the final straw on an already not so great experience."

"My daughter came in for a haircut with Aubrey today. During the hair-washing portion Aubrey asked if she wanted to try a quick conditioning treatment, not mentioning she plan to charge her an additional $28. Thinking it was part of the normal shampoo/conditioning service, she said yes. Daughter then felt completely scammed at checkout. She’s in high school, works hard for her money and would have declined the extra service if she was told. Please let your clients know about extra charges."

Professional, very attentive, listened to what I wanted and made suggestions, friendly, blending techniques were exceptional, excellent service. Was scared because I had to find a new hairstylist since mine moved, super happy to find a new one after a walk in appointment."
