"When I went in, the lady was very Grimm. She had no interest in actually cutting my hair properly. I understand my hair is difficult to work with. My hair is very thick. I told the lady where my part was and she didn’t even part my hair. I honestly don’t know why I sat through and paid for my cut, normally I would get up and leave. I did not. My hair was completely uneven."
