"These people are literally snobs a walk in there wearing sweatpants and slippers and get ignored I stand there for 20 minutes trying to buy cologne and they look at me like I can't afford it it's literally the clone that I was wearing needless to say I walked out not buying a thing because they were not worth my time and I didn't feel that I had to explain anything"
"Sara did my makeup for my engagement pictures and did an amazing job! She was so patient with me even when I picked out "drag queen type" eyelashes because I had never worn them before so had no idea what I was looking for. She was overall just such a kind person to get my makeup done with, which was so nice because I've never had it done professionally either. She was easy to talk to as well which made the time go by fast. Thank you so much!"
"Hard to find the products I need/want in stock. Sales have gotten very “gimmicky”. If you wait for a sale to buy expensive makeup, you will find yourself on a wild goose chase every time. I don’t have an Ulta in my town. I might move to a town with an Ulta though so I can actually use my coupons before they expire. On another note…I purchased a product (super heavy duty foundation) and used my $15 off coupon. After trying the product at home, I decided I needed one shade darker. I went back to the store to try the darker shade, and to exchange my original purchase for the darker shade. I sampled and found the right shade, but it wasn’t in stock. Fast forward one week. I go to another Ulta location. They don’t have the color I need in stock either. I tell them that I’d like them to order the product for me, so I can exchange my original purchase for the correct color, and still have the $15 coupon apply. They said “okay, but the price won’t be the same.” No thanks. Then I was told to go back to the first store because they now have it in stock. So then I drove back to the first store and found the item I needed. It was the only one, in the wrong spot, and appeared to have been sat upon."
