"This is my 3rd time going, and the previous 2 times, I had good experiences. They weren’t great quality but decent for the price However this last visit made sure I’ll never step foot there again as they made me pay mid way through the manicure, which felt racially motivated as I saw they never did that to anyone else, and didn’t do that the previous 2 times. Initially they were nice, making me feel welcomed. But after she started, I slowly felt the mood change, and the way she was treating me. It felt like she kept getting frustrated with me throughout, and I can truthfully say I’m an easy going person when it comes to this. They work with people, days can get long, so I understand, but this was too far. The last 2 times I tipped around $10 as I appreciate what they do. But when she told me mid way I had to pay, she bursted out “TIP OR NO TIP”, which caught me off guard as I already didn’t appreciate her attitude like I wasn’t going to pay, and that if I don’t give a good tip, she would do a bad job. I told her I would give her a tip with cash at the end, as I wanted to see how she would treat me for the end of the manicure. After that, she was continually frustrated with me, told me multiple times I’m going to ruin them, and that I should’ve done the shellac so I wouldn’t mess it up. After sitting there for 20 minutes, I felt like they were dry, but without even looking she told me they weren’t, and that I’m going to mess it up again. When it was done, she got mad again because I was putting on my shoes, and I’m not trying to be repetitive, but said I was going to mess it up, grabbed my socks out of my hands with no warning, and started to put them on because apparently I didn’t know how to do that. I never leave reviews, I have bad experiences but I give business the benefit of the doubt, as customers can be rude, and a lot to deal with. But this resulted in me never wanting to come back, and make sure others know of my experience. If you want amateur done nails for a decent price, then this is the place. But I would recommend not to go because of poor service. I’m almost certain the lady mentioned above is the owner, I hope she sees this and at the minimum doesn’t treat someone like that again."

"Most definitely the worse place to get nails done at, the lady who was doing my nails did not use the right tips, non sanitary. I highly do not recommend!!!"

"I was there to get acrylic nails. First of all the nail paint job is awful, poor quality and no attention to detail. The nail on my thumb was smeared. When I told the owner she got her assistant to look at it. She put yet another coat and then clear coat. The owner said all fix then she said you should have gotten shellac that way you don’t have to worry about smearing. Very rude comment & out of place! The coat on the nail separated in half. Don’t waste your money! It’s not worth it. Will never come back!"
