"Today at around noon or one. I told my 5 year old son to not be scared of a haircut. I struggled to find an appointment. So I used sport clips. Like I often do to lock in a time. During a haircut. My son asked (please don't cut me) and his stylist reassured him. She has children and knows just what to do. A stylist named Lacey, left her client to mock my son. Telling him there is a pile of severed ears, in a pack from other children that don't sit still. I had to reassure my son he was safe.. my stylist reassured my son and did amazing. I was incredibly confused about how and why she felt jokes or threats to a timid child was a good idea. If she had scissors in her hand and would have stepped any closer. This would be on a police report. Maybe work with her. It seemed as if her peers were raining in her behavior."
"This is the only place my son will go for his haircuts- they take the time to listen to what he wants and do a fantastic job…every time! Highly recommend!"
"The stylists are good but the app and the online registration is the absolute worst, never works constant failure to load, and non responsive and they won't sign you in over the phone , lost 2 customers in our house"
"Checked in online yesterday and drove to the location. Checked in again at store and showed me as in store with a short wait. Stylist I chose finished with her client and cleaned up. She should have seen I was waiting in store. She came back to the register and another client walked in and she removed my name from the On Deck list and cut his hair. Sorry I was not going to wait again so informed the other stylist and walked out."
