"Stopped in to find an empty salon, with the exception of three stylists, and asked for a haircut. Was told that I had to wait for 45 minutes because they had appointments scheduled in 10 minutes. I asked if it would really take them longer than 10 minutes to do a high & tight haircut. One actually admitted her incompetence with a self righteous attitude. Will never return."
