"I went to this salon last year she did great to get me to the blonde I wanted. I came back for my hair to get done again in January of this year I went darker for winter. Well I decided I wanted to go back blonde. Now I'm being told I can't and I'm using the wrong shampoo ( even tho I was not asked this in my first appointment when I went blonde. Also was not told what kind of shampoo to use that is good for your hair.) So she told the owner would call me to tell me what I can do to be able to dye my hair blonde it's been 3 weeks I'm still waiting. Don't recommend going here."
