"Won't go back!!! The first visit with Julia Mahlstadt (stylist) was great! She did the cut & highlight well. It was a different story on the second visit. I wanted the same services, however, Julia didn't highlight my hair all the way to my roots. I had about a 1/4" layer of unhighlighted hair over my entire head. I know some stylist don't go all the way to the roots in an effort to make you come back sooner. I guess I waited too long between visits and she wanted to push me to come back sooner. I'm not going to spend my money here again!!!! Very unprofessional!!!"
