"They will only cut your hair the way they want to cut and style it. After an hour long consultation she finally started cutting my hair. I originally wanted an inverse bob but she said it wouldn't work with my hair. We picked a different style (blunt cut shoulder length) and half way through she changes the style again because it's too "broomy". The proffesionalism was lacking as well. There was another customer walking up to the store they were loudly making fun of. At the end I was too mad to even speak and will just start cutting my own hair."
