"I’ll start by saying I rarely post negative reviews, but hopefully this prevents against someone having the same experience. Monday evening I stopped in to get a dip fill before leaving for a trip early Tuesday morning. I didn’t have an appointment but there was only one other customer in there at the time and they had no problem getting me in. The woman that did my nails said that she had a better gray polish with gel and I should go with that instead. Right there was my biggest mistake in not following my instincts and getting dip as I have been repeatedly for years. The woman that did my nails was very friendly and attentive, and I even gave a 30% tip for my service as a result. She said her gel nails last for 2 weeks. By Tuesday morning of my trip (less than 12 hours from my service), one of my nails had the gel completely gone. A few hours later, another on the same hand. I just returned from my trip last night and I have zero gel left on any of my nails (4.5 days later!). My nails are completely brittle and dry and I now will be going to spend $60+ to get a completely new dip set done. Unfortunate to say the least. Go with your instincts of what you want."

"Im so upset. I’ve been coming here a lot lately. I’ve received amazing work here by some ladies but what I’ve encountered today I will never be back. I got my nails done with chrome on the 8th and by the 11th (first picture) my chrome started to lift. Totally fine no big deal. I couldn’t make it in till the 15th because I’m 30 mins out. I come in and show the head lady. And she says she will fix it for me. Then asked if I used remover on it myself. I said no? That it lifted at the ends. She seemed to not believe me. But she was going to fix it for me. She couldn’t find the right chrome for the “existing” chrome that didn’t pop off. And I just said we could take old chrome off and just pick one and that I would pay for it and that I didn’t mind. I just wanted them to match. She picked a chrome out without asking me what I want. And she kept saying she will match it. And getting mad at me for saying it wasn’t the same chrome as I had. I couldn’t figure out what I had either. So I picked one and just asked if we had to take off the old chrome and do them all in the new chrome and she said no it will match if she just goes over it. Well now I have my existing “blue tint” chrome, one with barely on it and a silver chrome on my pointer. I am in tears in the parking lot typing this because she was so mean and I was trying to be polite and saying I’d pay anything to have them all the same color. And they weren’t busy. So I don’t understand why I was sent out like this. The head lady isn’t nice. All her staff I’ll miss but unfortunately she ruined it for me."
