"Eyebrows are hideous. They have no shape wat so ever. No arch. They both are uneven. I never have been disappointed in my eyebrows. There is no fixing this. Thanks a lot I don’t think she had a clue wat she was doing."

"my mom and i called 2 hours before our appointment for mani pedis and we got in and were sitting soaking our feet for 45 minutes and were not even looked at or helped the whole 45 minutes. kept being told it would be only a few more minutes many times. my moms dipped nails were wrapped for 45 minutes. we said we were leaving if we were not going to be seen soon and owner said okay that’s fine goodbye. didn’t help my mom get her foil / rest of the polish off and kept making excuses for why we weren’t being seen. very unprofessional and left my moms nails looking terrible. owner was rude and not willing to help. this is the second time we have been waiting a very long time without being seen. never going back."

"First time I go here and I loved the results. Kristie did a great job on my hands, she payed a lot of attention to detail and was very nice! Tiger did my daughters nails and she loved them as well. They have wine and great pricing"

"TL;DR : wont go back again. I got these nails done YESTERDAY. My Sally Hansen InstaDry lasts longer than this manicure. I dont usually go to here because bad experiences in the past (I'm sure they had different owners back then, but I've since found a different place) but my friends wanted to go and this was the closest place. I was offered something to drink (didnt even know I had options or whether I wask supposed to pay for it or not) and I declined. We got the basic manicure & color ($18). She clipped my cuticles and the skin around all my nails & put lotion on my hands and arms, no massage or anything. The kicker was... we had showed the tech a pic of what my neice wanted done and he had the pic in front of him the whole time and still painted the wrong color on all fingers before starting over. Might not have been a terrible experience, techs and employees were nice enough, but will not back."

"Very friendly staff. They do a great job with our pedicures. It's been two weeks and my toes still look great! My only complaint is there is sometimes a long wait-which is fine-but I wish they would let you know an estimate. They sat us in chairs right away but we still waited over a half hour which we weren't expecting. I also wish they offered drinks to everyone. And allowed us to put tips on our debit card. Overall, will definitely go back, as they are worth the wait!"
