"I have been dealing with some under eye dryness since moving to Iowa, and luckily I was able to find something here to help! I talked to a licensed aesthetician with purple hair (didn't get her name, sorry!) and she was super helpful. She asked about my routine, what products I already used, and what price range I was going for. She not only helped me find a product, but she gave me recommendations on how to use it and offered for me to come back if it didn't work. This was by far the most pleasant experience I've had shopping in a physical Ulta store. Thank you :)"

"Tell me why everyone seemed annoyed that I was in that store? I didn't know anyone personally. I love Ulta, I am dedicated to the store, but not this one. The cashier was the only pleasant person. The store manager didn't look at me once while speaking to me, probably because I asked her to call other Ulta's for a product I was looking for. And god forbid they help me order from the website. I have been doing the reward points system since Ulta became a store, so it was annoying for me to have to contact Ulta directly to get them added to my account. Thanks Mills Creek Ulta for making me feel guilty for being in your store! I'm just going to stick to ordering online. A year later: I thought after a year of not visiting, things would be different. Again, I felt like an inconvenience."

"Was about to spend $100 on products here but put all the products back and walked out the door because of a rude employee . I was testing a tester item and she came up and real snotty said hair products aren’t testers, (which this one was.) She is like well I saw and watched you try another one over there that wasn’t! Ok. I did, but didn’t realize at the time. An honest mistake. If she would’ve simply said nicely ; we actually don’t have hair testers I would’ve been like oh my gosh okay, I didn’t realize thank you. But her snotty attitude and acting like I was just going around the place trying every single product ( which I wasn’t) I tried 2. So I’ll just go spend my money at Sephora where employees aren’t rude."

The blond-haired girl (I can’t remember her name) answered ALL of my numerous questions and I was met with patience and outstanding customer service.
