"I have always gone to this McDonald’s for a very long time. I have also had a great experience until this young lady started working at that location making it extremely difficult for me to order, let alone have a positive experience. She is EXTREMELY rude, very dismissive and disrespectful. It is more than evident that is lazy. When asked for her name, she would not give it to me as I made it clear I was going to reach out to corporate. However I did find out her name which is “Alli” and she has pink and purple colorful hair, you cannot miss her. She had the nerve to tell me I could not come back to that McDonald’s anymore for no reason. She needs some serious training but more importantly her customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. This McDonald’s would thrive if she did not work there. There are some great staff members who go above and beyond positive customer relations. There is a manager by the name of Mikka and he is absolutely amazing!!!"
"The chicken sandwich was not edible - over cooked , full of grissel and dripping in sauce. The fries were just shy of burnt. When I asked for a replacement with a cheeseburger and offered to pay any difference, the manager said no but she’d charge me $5 for a burger. She is not trained, rude, unkept and just plain disgusting (multi colored hair and ran through a glitter storm). The atmosphere under her watch is filthy and the counter help is not there. Even if you’re starving, pass! It’s gross!"
"It can be hard to get help because no one is manning the cash register, but our food came within 5 minutes. The music was relaxing. The fries weren’t warm when we got them, but everything tasted ok. Just an average experience. It’s McDonald’s so I don’t have high expectations when I go here."
"The place is so cold feeling, they must seem to wanna refused to help people out front. The minimal staff, the place to force you to only use drive-through that even courtesy to check to see if people are upfront so several people leave because no one would help them. I finally gave up waiting in a minute a refund and left."
"Got my adult happy meal! If you want to feel like a kid again, get the adult happy meal while you can. Nuggets, fries, a drink, and a very campy looking plastic toy are all in this box, which reminds you exactly of being a kid again. The restaurant itself is very nice, even though sometimes they run out of items, they will always communicate clearly and offer alternatives."
