"Been going here years for myself and my kids. Always clean and such a beautiful, open space. The stylists are always super friendly and helpful. We've been booking with Rachel for a lot of years and she always does exactly what style you ask for. She's always gone the extra mile for my kids with styling, braiding, etc. Will never go anywhere else."

"I went in to get a feather or wing haircut on long hair. The first thing she did was cut about 4" off the top of my head. I said "stop". I had two other people look at it and try to fix it. They said "it was fine. You have enough hair and curl that you won't see it." The lies were so obvious. You really shouldn't lie if you suck that badly at it."

"Absolutely zero stars! Their contract states an extra 200.00 for a holiday wedding. Even if you don't have your wedding on a holiday they feel they have the right to charge you anyways. Charged all my wedding party an extra 10.00 per service for their holiday wedding fee which my wedding wasn't on a holiday. So basically took my entire 220.00 deposit and charged an extra 200.00 because they felt like it. I was quoted a lesser price for hair and makeup and then they added their fees. I was charged 65.00 for 2 flower girls makeup applications when I was told it wouldn't be full price for them. Be very careful so you don't end up paying hundreds more than what you were told it would be."

"If I could give this place two and a half stars I would. Im giving it only two stars because I had made an appointment with them two days ago on the 10th for a haircut on Monday the 12th at 1:00 p.m. When I showed up for my appointment they told me I was scheduled for a 12:00 not for 1:00. They also said that I could come back at 7:15 p.m for a haircut which would be fine if I lived in Sheldon IA, however I do not. So I went and cancelled my appointment and got a haircut somewhere else."
