"Went in for a bridal makeup trial yesterday. I had some pictures of what I wanted and was so excited to get pampered and feel good for once. I honestly lack alot of self esteem. Before even starting the girl who was doing it was already trying to suggest me to go to another place and that they usually only get asked about doing natural looks. I didn't think anything of it because from all the pictures and reviews I saw from here I figured they would do a fantastic job even if it didn't look exactly like the pictures. I was very disappointed when I saw the final results and tried to be polite when explaining what I didn't like to her. She instead rushed me to the counter and handed me off to another person to pay and finish up. I did mention that I felt like she was upset with me to the other lady and thought maybe I was being rude or over critical and maybe I should just go with a natural look for my wedding so I still signed the contract and paid the deposit then left. I got into my car and saw what I really looked like and started bawling. I didn't think it was possible to go into a place like that and feel even worse than what you came in feeling. About an hour afterward I got a phone call from the owner canceling with me because she said they don't do Sundays even after I asked repeatedly before hand on the phone and mentioned my date at least 20times while I was there."
