"Went here for a late night dinner, so we could watch the March Madness games while we ate. The mozzarella sticks came out cold, and the chicken sandwich was way over cooked to the point where some parts of the sandwich were inedible and rubbery in texture. Atmosphere was fine, typical Applebees, and my server was fantastic, it wasn’t her fault for our terrible experience. I think it’s going to be a long time before I try Applebees again. • Beef Nachos (6/10) - scarce on the meat • Bacon Ranch Chicken Sandwich (4/10) • Mozzarella Sticks (5/10) - Average. $32.72 for everything"
"The quality of service did not match the dizziness of the restaurant. The server couldn't get to us I had to constantly have someone else for anything I needed and they told me to ask the server. Which was why I was asking them the server was not available. The food was salty and very long time to come. We got the endless meal and by the time you got your next serving you forgot what you ordered."
"I've been there before and some food is good but today I had the all you can eat chicken wings and between them being cold and the flavor just being terrible compared to frozen chicken wings from Walmart I would say this is food is garbage. I didn't enjoy the food and I only kept eating because I purchased the all you can eat."
"It was the most terrible experience I have ever had in the food service our waiter saw us get sat down walked towards me and said something under her breath and walked away without coming to table. She took over 20 minutes to get drinks and when got to our table told us that she didn’t see us but looked me in the eyes 20 minutes ago then she finally came and got our drinks and didn’t come back for over 30 minutes to take order for food she was sitting at the bar on her phone talking to other coworkers about men and her life outside of work so loud the whole restaurant heard it. In the food restaurant world this is not ok at all and no manager to be found I was really upset worst place ever."
"Inedible. I've never had salmon so dry and rubbery, salmon is a fish that almost falls apart. This fish was solid and I could pick it up by the burnt ends of the filet. Usually order from here so must have got a new cook. Disappointed ☹️"
