"I had ordered a Chicken Sandwich meal. When eating the chicken sandwich, I noticed it tasted a little slimy and strange. Come to find out, the chicken was not thoroughly cooked properly and what I was tasting was raw chicken. It was so raw, it actually had a pink color to it. Will never eat at another Arby's again."
"I understand that no one is perfect but how hard is it to read a receipt? Receipt had the correct order. The only thing they got right was the chicken nuggets otherwise they messed up 3 drinks and 2 meals. You can't expect people to come back to your store if time and time again their orders are wrong."
"The tables were dirty. My family of 4 were the only ones there and after we got our food and found a clean table all the employees there went out and smoked all 3 of them. I didn't see a single person pick up a wet sanitized rag to clean tables or even grab a broom when they came back in they all stood there talking"
"Nice and clean store. The steak sandwich was soggy and bland. I was too hungry to ask for something else. I don't recommend the steak sandwich. Yuck!"
