"After 20 years of gold standard service, in 2023 they took out all the drive thru tellers and replaced with machines. Inside... once 4 tellers now two. Replaced with same worthless wannabe ATM machines. Now when I go into bank, the SINGLE line is 15+ munute wait. Nobody uses the worthless machines."
"Three employees standing around all at the drive up area no cars while there are three people waiting. Awful customer service no one greeting the customers or even acknowledging them. Can get better service at wellsfargo."
