"May be a good idea, when a customer states they can't pick up their prescription due to poor service, to reply, "Good." When you hang your hat on service as a differentiator and then treat customers like that, not a great business model. Do not recommend."

"Terrible customer service and professionalism. My wife had just had a double mastectomy and was prescribed pain medication. The pharmacist flagged the dosage and did not follow up that Thursday or the following Friday. It was the Christmas weekend and the pharmacy was closed that Monday for Christmas. We received a text alert that the prescription was ready so on the first open day, today (Tuesday), I called to check on the prescription. They had a million excuses but no clarification on the reason for the concern or the lack of follow up. My wife spent the entire holiday weekend in the bed and missed most of our family activities. The pharmacist could’ve easily given us half dosages or recommended that we break the tablets in half until it got sorted Tuesday, but instead did nothing. They were rude and unprofessional and it was the 5th time that I encountered this treatment. The pharmacist refused to see me when I went to the location to discuss the matter further as the pharmacist hung up on me. When I arrived a male pharmacist got involved, cursed at me and when I cursed back he called the police, refused to fill an already overdue pain prescription, and tried to lie to the police. I need a number for corporate. People of color do not use this pharmacist. Black dollars matter. I moved my whole family’s 10 prescriptions from that pharmacy. I suggest you do too."

"This place is not recommended for those who don't have insurance given that they don't accept GoodRX. We were just charged 10 to 20 times more money for a prescription than we should have been (we compared prices with Hyvee, Costco, Walgreens, Walmart, etc). Pure thievery - we will not ever be going back here."

"They always do what they can to fill our prescriptions quickly. This morning the pharmacist went out of her way to fill my son’s prescription of antibiotics right when they opened so he could get antibiotics before he went to school. You would never get that at a larger chain pharmacy. Highly recommend and appreciate them!"
