"As a Director of multiple teams i would say this pharmacy is setup to fail from a leadership standpoint. Staffing appropriately just doesnt happen here. The drive thru lines go all the way to the street. Theres only one lane open so you think i’ll go inside where there is also a line with customers saying they’ve been there 35+mins. Its a staffing disaster and someone really needs to address processes and continuous improvement. I literally have had 5 cars in front of me in the drive thru for 43mins and they have only helped one car. If you have a urgent need to get your meds this is not the pharmacy for you at the moment unless you have time to wait approximately 1-2hrs."
"I had the pleasure of meeting the most apathetic employee at Walgreens. It took ages for someone to finally show up at the counter to assist me. And when they did arrive, they didn't even bother to look at me or utter a simple apology. It seemed like they absolutely despised their job. All I wanted to do was drop off a package at their FedEx dropoff. One measly star from me."
