"Honestly, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve experienced in a long time. I bought a home that had one of their pools installed. Called to see if they could come adjust the pool cover. No answer, no response. Called again, no answer/response. Called a 3rd time, no answer/response. This was over a period of a week. Finally drove into the store off 204th and Pacific and spoke to the manager who had to call the other store to find out they do not work on covers and did not have a recommendation. Not a problem but they could have answered a phone or returned a call to tell me that. They apologized and said they were understaffed and owner is not as involved anymore which makes me think this is part of the problem. But they said they would make sure things were fixed. That was in April. Went outside the other day and one of the plastic brackets holding the UV unit to the house broke and I needed a quick replacement so thought since they installed it they may have them. Same scenario as before. You call, hit option 2 for service, leave a message for Mark whose hours are 8-5 m-f and the guy never answers or calls back. 3 calls again this time with no response. Thought I would try a different approach and hit 7 for general manager and same scenario. No answer and no return calls. There are a lot more options for pool companies these days in Omaha and would caution you about this one if you believe support and customer service after the initial sale are important."
