"Definitely wouldn’t recommend this Kum & Go. I had someone fraudulently use my bank card and the manager on hand at this location on the morning of August 19th tried to give me a hard time. She was talking about how she didn’t think it was her job to provide me the receipt, and that it was my bank’s job to handle the situation. I politely informed her that it was her job Since she wasn’t aware of her job duties. You can do better Kum & Go!"

"This is the worst Kum and go in the Des Moines area. They came out to my car accused me of not paying for my stuff because I used self check out. They had to call and look through their computer just to tell me oh we see it went through here. The staff aren’t friendly at this location and the hot case food isn’t even that warm, definitely not up to food safety standards. Worst customer service, worst selections, and the products are literally covered in dust and probably need the dates checked on them. This is The worst Representation of Kum and go as a company. I hope they get it together, i will not ever come back."
