"Was referred to them by our current dentist because she is friends with the ortho and said he did good work. We went in for the initial appointments. Had the mold made for my child and started the tooth spacing. Then I called every so often and was told they’d call. Things were behind schedule. After 6 months I stopped in to ask why they hasn’t gotten back to us to start the braces. I was told they had no record of my child ever being there and no mold was made or sent to the labs. I called the insurance company and they thought it was interesting they said that because the insurance was charged by them. Now the same dentist said another child needs braces and I have got angry when we said we wouldn’t use this place. All around a bad experience every time. Avoid if at all possible"

"First patient visit with my 11yo step-daughter. Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out and we arrived early to fill out paperwork. After waiting nearly 25 minutes from our original appointment time the office manager comes into the patient room where we are waiting to inform me that I have to prove I can sign for my kid and without paperwork I'll have to reschedule. This is after 2 weeks prior they knew who would be bringing her, after we waited 25 minutes in the lobby and had filled out paperwork, copied my ID when we arrived as well as insurance cards (one which even lists myself...) They wasted our time pulling our very nervous and anxious, nail biting 11yo out of school to have a consult for braces in below zero temperatures. Further caused problems with not only anxiety, but added fuel to the 'you're not my parent' fire doing this in front of her and now she doesn't even want to go back because she felt they were rude and she's scared they don't know what they are doing because they aren't nice people. The child is scared of this office. Told the office manager this was unacceptable and we will be seeking alternate care options."

"My daughter goes to the orthodontist here. Him and his team are nice and professional. He takes the time to explain the process each time we go with thoroughness and asks if I have any questions. I've never had a problem as long as we've been coming here. I'd definitely recommend him."

"We took our daughter here for braces, and her teeth were a total mess. She just had them removed today after about 3yrs and wow how incredible they look. The staff and Dr here are great!! My daughter is super picky about Dr. and dentist in an awful way, and she has loved the staff here witch was so nice for mom and dad. Thanks A-1"

"I had an excellent experience with adult braces here and would continue all services through this office had I not moved for medical residency. As a fourth year medical student with a tight schedule and many demands, the staff was ALWAYS pleasant and unbelievably accommodating even when I would call them over and over having to constantly changing my appointment because my schedule would change. Dr. Padre was excellent. He was quick and efficient but if I ever had a question (which was always), he would listen intently and address the concern and make certain I was happy with the results. I was worried about having braces as an adult but this office could not have made it any less of a bother. I love my teeth and was so happy I did it!"
