"I just went in for my first dental visit at this office and I was truly impressed. Dr. Pollard is going on 43 years of experience has 3 branches around the DM area. This particular office is only open Monday’s and Fridays I believe? (I’m not the final authority on that info!) He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He seemed to love his job. Everyone was very gentle on my teeth. Their office was clean, organized, and the staff seems to work well together. Thanks for the great visit!"

"Best Dentist experience in both my wife's and my opinion that we've ever had. We had an intern work on our teeth, but Dr. Pollard still came over to talk to us and introduce himself; very warm and welcoming. Made us feel like we were friends and he wanted us there - the rest of the staff/atmosphere matched. Even the intern was impressive in skill and friendliness. We both knew immediately where we will take our future business, even though we are on the complete opposite end of Ankeny!"
