"The workers here were VERY rude. One worker lady basically pushed past me and did not even say excuse me. Another worker lady walked right in front of me, refused to move, and then pushed a cart in front of the register so we could not get to the checkout. The cart had to be moved by another customer. TERRIBLE service. They need to hire better employees. Absolutely DISGUSTING."
"They sell you broken items and refuse to exchange! Myself and multiple other customers were turned away with broken junk! And the cashier with dark hair and glasses clearly hates her job! Rude, rolled her eyes at customers, and threw her hands down in a "hissy fit". Go to the store on Hamilton. The staff are so nice and store is way cleaner. ADULTS with some professionalism work in the hamilton blvd store."

"This store is similar to dollar stores in that most of the merchandise is under $5, hence Five Below, but the prices can vary. I felt like the items might be a bit better quality than what you usually find at most dollar stores. I loved the variety of items they sell! From exercise items such as mats & smaller weights to candy, snacks, toys, all manner of clothing, as well as tech items such as ear buds and phone case decals. Unfortunately, like most smaller stores there was only one cashier so the wait was longer, but such is life. Now, the Ladies room was a problem. It and the water were quite literally freezing!! Not sure if they want to prevent employees from lingering or what. I didn't mention it to the cashier since I'm sure there's nothing they could probably do about it. It did have a nice, pleasant & bright atmosphere that I would enjoy returning to if we had one in my neck of the woods!"
