"The guys just left after closing my pool. They have closed it the past few years and I really enjoy their positive attitude! These two guys are awesome and represent great customer service, which is rare these days!"

"Scott/the company stood me up for a scheduled pool installation, even after we he had already came into their shop and picked out the liner while Scott assured us that all our pool supplies were in and ‘good to go’. — I had already hired the electrician, plumber, received a dig permit ……then he’s just MIA when it comes show time. I even went into their Sioux City shop to talk to him (Scott) in person and they claimed he wasn’t there as I could see them looking at me through the two way glass. — I never so much received an explanation from the company. I have filed with the Better Business Bureau and have contacted an attorney. I had turned down two other pool companies waiting on this company’s horrendous work ethic. They have set me two years behind. - I also have a back injury from combat and this pool was supposed to be part of my rehabilitation. Trash company."

"Even though I have not purchased a pool from them. Their staff is always welcoming and helpful. They give you full reads on water samples to help you better understand how to make sure your water is safe to swim in. When I do buy my own home one day, I will contact Combined Pool & Spa."

"After giving numerous chances for them to prove this is a knowledgeable and great company, I have given up with Combined Pool and Spa. Mostly due to their in-house attitude and operations. The last straw was this year when they had two inexperienced college kids open our pool for the season. (Some background-Our pump sits elevated from the pool itself, so to first open then pool you need to stick a hose down the skimmers to force water uphill to our pump.) Well shortly after it was "opened" by combined pool and spa- our motor broke (it was replaced the end of 2019 so it had only ran TOPS 7 months). After calling and talking with the manager, who was the first person we talked to about this, right away claimed that their college employees couldn't have caused this and without even talking to them said that it wasn't the companies fault for our broken motor. Let alone she's been very rude on multiple phone conversations. SO after a lengthy conversation the manager said she would remove the cost of the pump seal (which I'm assuming wasn't even put on in the first place when our pool was "opened" AND after receiving our first invoice she still has yet to remove that expense) and then said she would slightly discount our NEW motor we had to have ordered and paid for by us. Well after being frustrated, we moved on and had a combined pool and spa technician come out and look at our broken motor- who then agreed with us that the looks of everything he saw indeed pointed to our motor running dry. He also admitted the two employees who opened our pool didn't know what they were doing. We ALSO had a second technician come out to install the new motor that arrived 4 days later and he TOO agreed that from the looks of what he saw that it was ran dry. The second technician even called the manager and said they should really consider "doing something for us" because it was their fault the motor broke in the first place. These two technicians were absolutely wonderful and were very kind and understanding. They are the reason for any stars to be given. I wish I could review them separately because they were so nice and knowledgeable. They know how things should be taken care of when to admit when there was a mistake made and how to make it right. Which is obviously on the opposite spectrum when compared to managements beliefs. I will also say- from the week we have moved over to a new pool company- we have already learned sooo much more from them in one week than we have working with combined pool and spa for three years. This new company also provided more testing of our pool water and were able to work with us to clear it up in 1 week."

"We worked with Billy, to purchase a used tub. The purchase process was sooo easy & Billy made it very fun too!! The tub was delivered very quickly & the delivery team did a GREAT job!! Billy has gone above & beyond with customer service, and has very quickly helped with every question we've had. The tub was missing a couple of the pillows, and Billy got those ordered right away. A short time later, he discovered that they were back ordered, so he provided us with some universal pillows!! So appreciated!! After filling the tub, we thought the control panel wasn't working & there was a jet cover that came out. I emailed Billy, and less than 24hrs later a tech got in contact with me, and was out here the same day!! He figured out the control panel issue - explaining how to work it, found a new jet cover at the store, came back out & installed it - ALL IN THE SAME DAY!!! The service is simply TOP NOTCH and everyone is so friendly & fun to work with too. Highly, highly recommend Combined!!! Definitely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ in my book!!"
