"I called to see if they had an adapter for an intex pool to hook up my larger filter. The person that answered was condescending and said "We dont carry that cheap stuff" and directed me to look online. I went to the other guys in town (combined pool and spa) and they were helpful and more importantly not condescending... I'll be shopping with the other guys, thanks.."

"• they make a lot of empty promises and do not deliver, I would never shop or purchase another item from splash city. • Purchased used hot tub, 2900, fall of 2019 • Hot tub did not work when delivered, they did get it working. • March of 2020 main board failed again. Took about 3 months to get repaired, they did cover this at no cost • Had issues with heating and working all summer. • August of 2020 replaced board again, at this time heater also failed. • Purchased new heater. • Installed new heater, board failed. (notice august till January time frame, little or no response) • January of 2021, hot tub is not working, board is removed, was told maybe by February we would see board, board is no longer covered. o I asked about freezing hot tub o They said put a ceramic heater on the motor, but what ever happens is our issue. • Never seen such bad customer service."
