Culver’s

"While my husband and I were in town, visiting my grandmother, we picked up dinner from Culver's because she loves the pot roast sandwich and mashed potatoes with gravy. However, the way she talks about the restaurant, we weren't expecting to walk in to basically a fast food set up. As bustling as they were, I was surprised they had only one person taking the orders at the counter. For a first visit, we felt a little rushed trying to navigate the wall menu to decide what we wanted. And having people taller than me keep standing in front of me while I was looking at the wall menu just further frustrated me. Then, I went to get my tea, only to find that both the sweet and unsweet dispensers were empty. It took a little while for them to be refilled because the employee who came to take care of it had no idea what to do. While I stepped away to take my grandma's phone call, another employee showed him how to swap in a full one and brew a fresh batch. After all of that, we finally got to Grandma's house and were all disappointed by the food. First of all, they forgot to put gravy on her mashed potatoes. So she ended up throwing them away, uneaten. And for some reason, the onion rings were salted to the point that they were inedible. Even though Grandma was right about the pot roast sandwich being good, the overall experience was enough to discourage my husband and me from returning."

"We got up this Culver's on a Friday on the way out of town. We were in a hurry, so we used the drive-thru. (I've ate at Culver's for before, but have always dinned in.) We ordered our food and hit the road. Once we got on the highway, I open the bag. The food order was correct, but there was no ketchup or sauces. I hadn't even thought of it and since they don't put anything in the sandwiches to start with, they were a little dry for me. I really wish they would have asked when we ordered if we had wanted any condiments, because then we would have had them throw some in. Like I said the food was good, posted was correct, just wished they'd have asked us about sauces."

"We went through the drive thru, and it was very busy. Our order was kind of complicated, being both sandwiches had many things removed and other things added. Service was slow, but when we received our food, it was well worth it. They made the sandwiches just like we requested them, the food was hot and tasty. And, they even remembered to put the ranch in the bag for my daughter's fries."

"Food was great, staff was great. Only reason for 4 and not 5 was that we ordered only ketchup on our burgers (my son and I both) and got what was the smallest amount of ketchup that I had ever seen. This was the second time in a row that we had this issue here. Other then that everything was great."

"4/28/23- I will start this off by saying the food is always really good and we love it, the reason for the low rating is the service. I can understand that a restaurant may be busy but our wait time was ridiculous. We had a curdside pickup at 5:15pm and at 5:40 I finally went in side and politely told them we had been waiting 25 minutes already for our food. The guy at the register let the people bagging the food know and they did not seem to care at all. They were moving so much slower than the rest of the people working there. It took another 10 minute after that just to get our food. Overall dissatisfied with the service big time. Wouldn’t have been a big deal but with 2 small kids waiting hungry and patiently it was just a frustrating experience."
