"Horrible!!! I was in at 9:30am with plus member card, there was only one cashier lady there to checkout my stuffs. She was trying to get me sign up for credit card, I declined her offer. She was being so rude after, she smacked my changes and receipts on the counter and turned away . Omg. I felt so offended . Why did I do to be treated like this. Super disappointed their services. They’re unprofessional."
"Dennis in the auto center really helped me a lot tonight. Even though he was training someone and closed relatively soon he still patched my tire. He was really kind and could see I needed it as I am traveling early tomorrow morning. I am really grateful!"
"I placed an order on tues night for Wednesday one item. I picked between 10 and noon. No update in the morning or afternoon. I spoke with chat. They could not tell me about the order why it was delayed but to wait 30-40 minutes. I called the store to verify my order. They gave me the name and time for pickup- that it was picked up at 12:12 but said they had no control over the delay. At 12:30 it arrived but the driver didn’t say anything about the delay. Chat said the system wouldn’t allow a refund but to call the store. Had 2 speak with 2 managers as well. They refunded me. Never using delivery for this location again"
"It’s okay, I’ve been into several Sam’s Clubs in my life, yet this store seemed to be a tad smaller for some reason. Cool thing about it was they had a robot, & handicap carts you can use unlike others I’ve been to. Disappointed only in their smaller size…maybe since Des Moines is a smaller city in my opinion."
"Shoutout to Alex. Alex at the Sam’s food counter literally makes my day every time I get food at Sam’s. He is always fast and super pleasant. It can be packed and crazy busy, and he is calm, positive, and smiling. I’ve seen him at least a few dozen times, and he is ALWAYS the best."
