McDonald's

"Ordered 2 double cheeseburger with slivered onions and a medium fry all cooked to order and it was delicious and I took one sandwich for my friend and she enjoyed it as well. I've been ordering my food all cooked to order especially since the prices are much higher than before so I feel I should have everything fresh and cooked to order when I order it so this is my opinion so establish your own opinion on the matter if you don't care how your food is then it's your choice."

"***Update: changing from 2 stars to 4 after returning to the location 3-4 times and having a much better experience. Very dry bottom bun on a Big Mac. Like crunchy. And I'm not sure what was up with the way the patties were cooked. Pale gray color on one sid like they were microwaved or something. Totally changed the taste profile to not have the normal cooking style."

"The pic will speak for itself but I actually got my caramel frappe finally after they told me, their machine was broken for weeks, but the funny part was the minute I asked if they had that drink, the employee groaned and said yes, we have those in a very, very annoyed way, holding back nothing! But a fish sandwich meal with frappe was over $11!!!! And that’s the cheese I get?!?!"

"So...yeah. The first words out of her mouth were "Do you have rewards? If it's for a frappe, our machine is still down". I think that sums up the entire experience. I ordered a Coca-Cola, but, guess what? They were out of that too! And the best part? When you go to check out and drive around the building, you get to experience a lovely little spray of water to your face and vehicle before you pay! What a wonderful way to wake you up! I asked about it and she said that they've known about it for a long time but "they keep forgetting to tell the guy who works on it so he can fix it". Because it's not important or anything, everyone loves a water ride when ordering their McDonald's! And, seriously, fix your machines. You're a McDonald's, you can't not have Coca-Cola and frappes. Get your stuff together, I understand that you're a new store but come on. No one wants a spray in the face at 5am."

"We went through the drive through which oddly makes you drive around the building twice. I ordered the new Bacon Ranch McCrispy Sandwich (but subbed mayo for ranch) & a Cheeseburger Kid's Meal (not pictured). The service was ok and the food came out in a normal amount of time. The Chicken itself however was WAY overcooked, super greasy and slathered in way too much mayo (I had to wipe most of it off or end up wearing it). I instantly regretted ordering anything and although I did eat it the burnt, greasy taste stayed with me the rest of the night and made me feel sick. The kids meal was as expected."
