A verbal apology was issued, but an additional discount, gift card, or additional food item should have been suggested for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service is a vital part of any business, and a lack of it is never favorable for a business to remain in business."

"Short staffed and waited over an hour for pizza. We had requested delivery, but eventually drove to the store ourselves because it was taking so long. Still waited at the store. Only one person working on a football Sunday! Splurged on a new football pizza. They remembered the laces, but not the regular cheese. We were starving, so we ate it anyways. Wasn't going to wait another hour for replacement. I pay a premium for Papa John's, but our local shop can't meet my expectations."
