"How is this location still open? Rude staff behind the counters. Absolutely terrible "customer service" How are you going to act like a paying customer is inconveniencing you at your job. Thank you for ripping my burrito and then wrapping it up like it didn't just happen in front of me. Clean your store. How in the hell does your place smell like cooked food and dirt?"
"We stopped at the 1st Ave location about 2:25 pm today 3/10/24 and waited in line for about 5 or 6 min. 3 people behind the counter, not one of them acknowledged us and another customer said the water was stock at the fountain, the employee responded with ok. We left after waiting and absolute lack of customer service from any of the employees. This location is and has been going down hill for a long time. The ambition of the employees there is a shame."
"Ordered online and asked for steak since we have a kid at home and I was trying to make dinner quick. Got home and it was chicken. Not like it's the end of the world, but it really wasn't what I wanted. Oh well, better luck next time."
"Went in for late carryout. They were out of many items used to make the burritos and weren't offering to make more veggies, queso , etc. The staff appears to be young and in my opinion didnt care. It was several hours before closing time. This is not my first bad experience here. I have complained. I hadn't visited for a long time but hoped for a better experience than previous ones. Skip this one....wish I could give zero stars....."
