Whiskey Jo's is a popular bar and grill located at 4617 J Street Southwest in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Since opening in 2019, we have become known for our live music, open mic nights, and delicious food and drinks. Our specialties include amazing shots, whiskey, Washington apples, tenderloin, and chicken tenders. We also offer a variety of draft beers, karaoke, and outdoor seating for our guests to enjoy. We are proud to serve the communities of Linn, Johnson, Benton, and Jones counties and look forward to providing a premier bar and grill experience for all who visit. "Cozy and comfortable bar on the SW side of Cedar Rapids. The staff acts like they've known you for years. Food is always fresh and delicious. We like to order food to go, if we don't have time for a drink. Always pleased to make a stop here in our day."

"We stopped by for lunch during their happy hour, so the place had quite a few people around the bar chatting, laughing, and having a good time. The rest of the place was quiet and plenty of places to sit. We waited at the front for a bit before someone let us know to sit wherever we would like. We were then promptly waited on by a kind woman who was also great with the kiddos. The food came after awhile and was fresh and hot. The burgers and fries my boys got were okay (so says the 10-year-old), but the ones that my husband and I got were delicious (we tried their signature Whisky Jo's Burger). The atmosphere was chill with awesome prohibition art and so many antique-y things to admire from the light fixtures to the art. A couple of nitpicky things... The milks my boys got were $2 a piece and were only half full (you can buy well over a gallon of milk for that price and so I would expect a full cup) and apparently tasted weird (my boys only ever drink water or milk, and all kinds of milk, so for it to taste weird is a bit disconcerting). The women's bathroom didn't have any paper towels and to throw anything away you had to physically touch the lid of a really nasty trashcan (to both open and close the trash)."
"We're visiting from out of state. Needed a breaded pork tenderloin fix, and found this place open, on Easter! They had karaoke going on, place our order, and the peek tenderloin was moist, flavorful, HUGE!"
