"Amazing place to have an early morning breakfast with loads of options while working in the area. After the first morning Sandra remembered our drinks and had a table set for us. Very friendly staff and always asked how our trip was going, we could always count on them starting out good here."

"One of the guests at my table did a build a breakfast. There was not enough cheese sauce on the hash browns, and the ham could have been a little bit bigger. They could not make poached eggs, so he had to switch to a different way of having them cooked. The Turkey and dressing dinner was good, except the dressing was not homemade, more like Stove Top."

"I ordered I think it was called The Granny omelette which was basically a ham and cheese omelette with green peppers and onions. I had asked for no onions. It came with extra extra onions no green peppers and the hash browns in The Omelette had no cheese just onions there was maybe a Sprinkle of cheese on top. The ham was diced so small you couldn't even see it or taste it nor was there hardly any of it. The Omelette itself was very thin. Even the stupid hash browns on the side were burnt to a crisp and had onions in it ! the hashbrowns in The Omelette were burnt to a crisp. We waited probably close to an hour before we got our food so there was no way I was going to ask them to remake it we didn't have that much time.. the only thing good about that meal was the pancakes. I know the servers were doing the best they could .I believe the manager was a female she said the cooks were running behind a little bit. a little bit to us and a little bit to them clearly was a different concept. We were there for an out-of-town wedding and just wanted a decent meal from driving all day. I don't think I've ever had such a crappy meal from any Perkins I have visited. Pretty disappointed., we were so hungry for it."

"Should have looked at reviews before coming here. It took quite a long time to be seated. There were 4 waitresses milling around and not many tables at all. Maybe 3? Once we finally got seated, our waitress let us know she'd come take our drink order after she put in another tables order. So a few minutes go by and she's still not back. Another waitress stops by and takes it. A few minutes later original one comes back. My husband informed her that someone already took our drink order but we were ready to order food. She takes our food order. About thirty minutes go by and food still isn't out for any of the 3 tables she was waiting on. Husband asks how much longer and she said they were plating them now. Maybe 5 minutes later she comes back saying something about all the tickers being messed up and they were trying to figure out what food went to who? A couple more minutes go by and she brings out my husband and daughter's food. Says they were putting together by burger and it'd be out shortly. 10 minutes Maybe go by. Not sure at this point but my husband and daughter were just finishing their food. She comes by and says she doesn't know what's going on. But she'd go check. Getting irritated I told her we needed to get going to go pick up our babies from my parents. A couple minutes later my meals finally came out. Another waitress. Assuming she was a manager or shift supervisor told us she'd give us a discount on my meal... needless to say probably won't be returning to this location."

"Might want to avoid this place for a bit to see if they get their issues figured out, unless you have 2 hours to spend without coffee or water waiting to be told you don’t matter. Details … Seated at 10:05am today. No request for drinks on seating. Order taken at 10:20am (I have the order ticket). Coffee and water received at 10:30am. Coffee emptied, water gone by 10:50am. No sight of waitress or food. At 11:05am we called out our waitress as she was running by our table, asked if our food would was ready. We had time commitments elsewhere in the next 25 minutes. Her response; “Well all I can do is take the order. I can’t cook the food.” I suggested we would need to leave, willing to pay for our scant coffee and water, if our food wasn’t ready. Our food was tabled at 11:15am, we ate it as fast as we could. The food met expectations for Perkins. Good. Not great. This is our go to neighborhood breakfast place. Been there every 4-6 weeks for the past 15 years, not every time perfect but every time miles ahead of the service we received today."
